Refund / Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

 

We accept refund requests for items that meet the following criteria:
a. The items(s) are undamaged.
b. The items(s) were not custom made specifically for your application.

c. The item(s) were produced and sold by 3d Auto Gadgets.

d. The buyer pays return shipping of item(s) and performs due diligence in protecting contents (see item a) of package.
 

Timeframe:

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Damage or Defective Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
 

Exchanges:

All sales are final.  We do not offer exchanges on non-defective items.

Inspection and Refund Process:

 

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that the refund will be issued once the inspection is complete.
 

Custom Work:

 

For custom-made items, we offer rework options, but refunds are not provided.
 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we're happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
